But it wasn’t always easy. Ngurah Suastika faced many challenges—from managing his pharmacies, keeping medicines in stock, and meeting the high demand during the pandemic. At times, he even had to travel outside Bali to find supplies like masks, hand sanitizers, and vitamins.
