Procurement Specialist

To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a Procurement Specialist. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate terms and pricing
  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including issuing requests for proposals (when necessary), obtaining quotes, and finalizing purchase agreements
  • Ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services in line with organizational requirements and budget
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing
  • Conduct periodic supplier evaluations to ensure quality and compliance
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best valuefor the company
  • Review, amend, and finalize supplier contracts and ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and manage inventory levels to meet operational needs
  • Assist in the development and management of the procurement budget to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
  • Prepare and present regular procurement reports to senior management, detailing key performance indicators, savings, and operational efficiencies
  • Continuously review procurement processes to identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Work closely with other departments to align procurement activities with overall business objectives

Requirements

  • English communication both written and verbal is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics, or relevant field
  • 3 to 4 years of work experience in procurement with a proven track record in sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Data management skills with Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Analytical skills with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
