To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for an Associate CRM. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.

Your Role

  • Develop & execute customer relationship management campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
  • Analyze customer behavior and measure their impact on business outcomes to update strategies.
  • Run effective promotional activities to optimize retention and maintain smooth communication with our users.
  • Set-up and optimize evergreen and seasonal CRM campaigns. Adopt a customer-first mindset, conceptualize content ideas and work closely with CLM Managers and others stakeholders to actualize them into customer journeys and campaigns.
  • Keep optimizing evergreen CRM journeys and Assist in the delivery of personalization strategy and roadmap through CRM platform and other relevant marketing platforms.
  • Manage all aspects of the email/in app pushes and notifications life-cycle, from prospecting to engagement, nurturing, and re-engagement.
  • Exploring innovative ways to drive greater conversion through navigation of content formats, mechanics, and user funnels.
  • Work with stakeholders to drive integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, push notification, in-app notification, WhatsApp, etc).
  • Track, measure, and report on performance of these customer communications, design and conduct A/B tests for iterative optimisation and improvement (E.g. subject lines, sales copy, send timing and frequency).

Your Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome but preferably have at least 1 (one) year of experience  in digital marketing role (managing CRM/Email/Apps/Business Analytic Tools)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver actionable recommendations through data analysis to influence business decisions and strategies
  • Familiar with app user acquisition and basic tracking/ attribution logic and tech platforms (Tools: Leanplum/Clevertap)
  • Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English
  • Self-starter with a great learning attitude, able to learn and pick up new capabilities fast
  • Available to work immediately.
