Product Manager

Today, SwipeRx connects over 250,000 pharmacy professionals from 50,000 pharmacies which reach more than 150 million patients every month. 1 in every 3 licensed pharmacists across Southeast Asia use SwipeRx to access online education and training, access industry information, and procure their inventory through our B2B e-commerce platform.

To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a Product Manager. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.

Your Role

  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, grooming and prioritizing backlog
  • Manage product roadmap and translate high-level strategies into manageable stories and product backlog
  • Support the development teams during each release cycle to clarify requirements, make priority calls, review test plans, and determine a release schedule
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and ROI
  • Balance commercial needs against technical requirements and capabilities
  • Understand the fundamentals of evolutionary change & iterative development
  • Capable of managing stakeholders and setting realistic expectations at the executive level
  • Successfully deliver client projects according to project scope and timeline

Your Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English speaking is a must
  • Domicile in Jabodetabek
  • POS (Point of Sales) work experience is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Product Management or Business Analyst function and working in business to client environment in a reputable technology company
  • Experienced with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experienced in building mobile applications and marketplaces
  • Experienced in designing and building great user experiences on both web and mobile.
  • Preferably with Agile and Scrum experience with the ability to create and analyze multivariate testing
  • Having a background in user-centric design is a plus
